We wanted to let you know how wonderful we thought you were on Saturday. It was lovely to meet you and you fitted in amazingly with all the time-shifting that went on! On top of that, we and the guests found the food fabulous. As we had a number of French guests we weren't sure what they would think, but the verdict of excellent was given by everyone!
