How it works

Prior to Booking

Lets check availability and send you our available menus.

We can confirm the price per head for the selected menu.  And if you are happy to go ahead; we take a deposit to secure the booking.

We can cater from 20 to 150 guests on our BBQ.

Pricing varies depending on menu choice & numbers.   For 50 guests, pricing would start from an estimated £25 for mains or £32.50 for mains & dessert

BBQ Preparation

We supply sturdy palm plates and coated wooden cutlery.

China plates and stainless steel cutlery are available at additional cost.

We set up a buffet area with a minimum of 2 6ft trestle tables and have a 3m x 3m gazebo to help with any weather condition to serve the food under.

Our BBQ trailer is 1.2m wide.   If access we can wheel into garden or if not, we can set up on your driveway to complete the cooking as long as it is flat.

We normally arrive 3 hours prior to service to set up & light the BBQ.

BBQ Service

The meal will be served via large serving dishes via our buffet set up with help from a server & chef.

If having desserts, after we clear the mains plates, we will set up the desserts to be served by our server.

If access to tupparware dishes we can transfer any left overs for you to put straight in the fridge.

We discretely clear away, taking any rubbish we have made with us, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your event or party

The service you provided was outstanding in every way from the moment of booking right up to the careful packing up of leftovers. 

All the food and presentation was amazing, beyond my (high!) expectations, and everyone was raving about it.
