Chris Davies 

In 2013, Chris founded Dublicious Food after transitioning from a career in IT. He has since committed himself to crafting delectable dishes and providing award-winning service. As a self-taught chef, his culinary creations showcase his personality, featuring generous flavours designed to delight.

Charley Jacobs

Charley is a full-time member of the teaching team at the Green Room School, yet she remains an essential part of our events team. Her enthusiasm for service truly shines during dinner parties, as she engages guests with a warm and interactive description of the dishes.

Karen Davies 

Karen is the backbone of Dublicious Food, overseeing marketing and administration. Her commitment and effort are key to upholding our pursuit of excellence. Additionally, she balances her responsibilities while caring for her and Chris' young boys, Evan and Marcus. Dublicious Food truly is the essence of a small family business.

Claire, another essential member of the service team, is also a full-time educator at the Green Room School. Her extensive background in customer service, combined with her friendly demeanor, makes her a valuable asset to the Dublicious Food front-of-house team.
