To Start:

Sourdough roll with chive butter

Fig & Goat cheese Tart - Warm homemade puff pastry tart with caramelised onion puree, goats cheese, pine nuts, figs, olives and thyme; Served with Italian style crisp green salad

For Main:

Loin of Venison - Tender venison loin in a rich red wine jus. Served with fondant potato, a broccoli & stilton puree and wild mushrooms.

or

Salt Baked Golden Beetroot - Salt baked golden beetroot with a a rich red wine jus. Served with fondant potato, a broccoli & stilton puree and wild mushrooms.

To Finish:

Black Forest Dessert - Chocolate baked cream, set on a cherry compote with white chocolate Chantilly cream, cherry puree, poached cherries and dark chocolate.

Chefs Petit Fours

All meals to be consumed on or before the Sunday of the delivery weekend. All meals should be stored in the fridge at 5'c or under. The main meat and vegetarian dishes can be frozen to and consumed within 30 days.

Cooking

All hot elements are best cooked in the oven. The dishes take 20 to 25 minutes (or until heated thoroughly) and can be cooked in the dishes provided.

The dishes can also be microwaved for 4 to 5 minutes (or until heated thoroughly).

Packaging

Our food is delivered in sugarcane pulp packaging that is oven, microwave and freezer safe. The dishes are 100% compostable, so please rinse and add to your compost heap. Our supplier also donates 1% of all profits to Rainforest Rescue.

If you wish, please hand back our paper bags, we can use them again for your next delivery.

Delivery or Collection

Deliveries are made every Friday. Delivery times can vary, however we can give you a rough estimate if needed. If you are not home, we ask if you can leave a cool box out for us to place your food.

Deliveries are available to Holyport, Fifield, Bray, Maidenhead, Cookham, Marlow, Henley, Windsor, Eton Wick, Dorney, Eton, Datchet, Old Windsor, Staines, Sunningdale, Cheapside, Sunninghill, Ascot, Bracknell and Binfield. Do get in touch if outside of these areas to see if delivery would be possible.

Collections from SL6 2DT (1pm to 6pm) and The Swan, Mill Lane, Windsor (6pm to 7pm) can also be selected.

Moving forward, we will provide an additional option for a cool box doorstep delivery so we can deliver safely, even if you are not at home.
