Award winning outside catering.  Mouth watering food cooked on our charcoal BBQ served with vibrant sides & salads

How it works

Prior to Booking

Lets check availability and send you our available menus.



We can confirm the price per head for the selected menu.  And if you are happy to ahead,  take a deposit to secure the booking.



We can cater from 20 to 150 guests on our BBQ.



Pricing can vary depending on menu choice & numbers.   For 50 guests, pricing would be an estimated £25 for mains or £32.50 for mains & dessert

BBQ Preparation

We supply either china plates & cutlery or palm plates & wooden cutlery depending on your preference.



We set up a buffet area with a minimum of 2 6ft trestle tables and have a 3m x 3m gazebo to help with any weather condition to serve the food under.



Our BBQ trailer is 1.5m wide.   If access we can wheel into garden or we can set up on your driveway to complete the cooking.



We normally arrive 3 hours prior to service to set up & light the BBQ.



BBQ Service

The meal will be served via large serving dishes via our buffet set up with help from a server & chef.



If having desserts, after we clear the mains plates, we will set up the desserts to be served by our server.



If access to tupparware dishes we can transfer any left overs for you to put straight in the fridge.



We discretely clear away, taking any rubbish we have made with us, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your event or party

Chris is fantastic to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. He is also a very talented chef. Guests have consistently been impressed. I recommend him and his team very highly. The haddock souffle and beef wellington are excellent.

Rolled slow cooked pork loin with a cognac jus, poached & pickled prunes, spring onion, sweet potato and amaretto crumb
